The inventory, interface, and customer service are all great with Custom Ink. I'm not pleased with the print quality, but I knew what I was getting into with the limited quantity of my order forcing me to do digital printing, and that that would result in desaturated colors. If I had another desaturated or grayscale design, maybe I would order from Custom Ink again, but I wouldn't recommend them for digitally printing a vivid design.

I appreciate how easy the ordering process was, but the final product quality didn’t meet expectations. The digital print on my design looks washed out and lacks vibrancy, especially against dark fabric. I understand printing on black can be tricky, but this result shouldn’t have passed quality control. The QR code printed fine, but the logo lost its impact. Not angry, just disappointed — learned my lesson and will likely try another vendor next time.

I accidentally selected the wrong product when I originally placed my order. I worked through the online chat help and they were wonderful. They got the issue resolved super quick and it was seamless!!

The overall experience with Custom Ink was incredible! Not only are the shirts great and of good quality, but the customer service is astounding! I was able to get help with ordering, payment, and even after items shipped, received help as to when the items would arrive, as our business is not open Fridays, and so they were so kind in ensuring delivery wouldn't be an issue!
