The overall experience with Custom Ink was incredible! Not only are the shirts great and of good quality, but the customer service is astounding! I was able to get help with ordering, payment, and even after items shipped, received help as to when the items would arrive, as our business is not open Fridays, and so they were so kind in ensuring delivery wouldn't be an issue! They are all so wonderful! Thanks again so much, Lauren and all the customer service agents!! :-)

You guys really dropped the ball on communication, kept email asking for our tax exempt after you had it and confirmed you had it, included tax on final order (again I had to clarify), we got different answers on how small a shirt we could order to fit image (unbelievable), and you had no youth size jerseys when we placed final order - we had to quickly choose and order 16 different shirts.

The customer service representative was very professionable, proficient and friendly and he made my first-time Custom Ink experience an enjoyable one. I cannot attest to the fit of the shirt because it's a gift to someone else, but the quality is definitely there.
