Our overall experience with Custom Ink has been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, it was one of the least stressful customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time and that truly meant a lot. At first, I designed a shirt online and wasn’t sure how the logo placement would turn out on a collared shirt. I was a little hesitant to reach out, but I’m so glad I did. Their team responded kindly and worked with me to figure out the exact placement. I even used blue tape on a shirt and sent them a photo to show what I had in mind and they were completely open to it! They went above and beyond by remaking the shirt, and the final result was exactly what I hoped for. What stood out most was how they followed up with me, even when I got busy. It made me feel like they genuinely cared and didn’t forget about me. As a small company, that level of service really matters. It was absolutely worth the time and investment to receive such high-quality products and support. Custom Ink has been a blessing to work with. We couldn’t be happier!
