I have emailed 3 times through different channels with no response in the last week. The design is too small and not centered. I was charged an extra fee to ensure quality control. I paid $46 for a 6th birthday T-shirt for my son and learned my lesson: do not order through Custom Ink, pay 1/3 of the price and ensure quality through Etsy.

I will not be using Custom Ink again. I had several people order a shirt for the fundraiser, and for some reason they did not count toward the fundraiser, instead they were considered individual orders. I don't know how that happened, but even if they made a mistake, they received the design that was created, so it was obviously NOT user friendly or clear on the website. So therefore, ZERO dollars of the fundraiser went toward my charity. Which makes me wonder if this is a "flaw" on purpose to avoid having to pay for charities. And those orders that DID count toward the fundraiser (only 3) ended up not getting submitted because it was lower than the required number of orders. So this was a complete failure.
