All of the custom designed products that I ordered were produced in a first-rate manner and the Quality Assurance Department has always ensured that the final products looked topnotch prior to release for shipment to the customer.

We had some helpful people that we spoke with but several reps gave us incorrect info about what could be drop shipped, whether we could include a card or not, misspelled our CEO's name regularly in emails... it was a bit of a mess.
