Custom Ink's customer service is first rate! They carefully review the product and design you order to ensure that it will be produced to the highest quality before production begins. In my case, they completed my order several days ahead of time and I received it about a week earlier than I expected. Needless to say, I was delighted with their service and the water bottles that I ordered!

Inordered 2 custom shirts, different design in each shirt. The one design was ink printed and I absolutely love it. The other design was applied vinyl. Really would have preferred printed with ink. Would not have ordered it if I i knew the design was going to be vinyl.

Really frustrated in timing of customer service response. Especially for extra rush delivery orders. There could be time to make my order right before my event, and I'm. Ot confident they will be able to on time.
