Printing was great I would give a 10 but they failed to listen to my request, I spoke to someone curving the lettering on the front and told me they would do it, but other than that a solid 9 does not look bad at all great finish!

A little disappointed that even though we placed an order prior with the same logo and color, we were required to pay a "one time set up fee". The items did arrive in the stated shipping time and because of this I will use them again.
