This is the second year I have used Custom Ink for an event. I love how easy it is to create my own design and order the sizes and quantity that I need. Service is good, printing and delivery is quick, quality is high. I find it frustrating that art can be uploaded and shown on the screen but then has to be altered after ordering to match the ability of the printer. The lines in the artwork I upload are always too fine, but I never know that until after the order is placed. Luckily the revisions don't generally slow the order down, but they simplify the art more than I'd like.
