I have a wardrobe of CustomInk tshirts, jackets, & hoodies from companies, teams, and projects I've worked on over the last 15 years, and they've all held up -- great quality! But not this time. I just opened a box of 40 shirts with totally different printing that basically looks like faded stickers. Wish they would have warned me -- I would have changed the product or creative!

The Customer Service was very good and listened to my requests for changes. The shipping was fast and the products were exactly what we hoped for. The price per unit was a bit expensive, but the quality of the product was very good.

Customer service is excellent and answered all of my questions. Website is unclear on each product page what the minimum order is for getting screen printing v. digital. Quality of digital printing physically is excellent. There was a problem in that part of my logo printed with an unexplained white "drop shadow."
