Chose customink because of the guaranteed shipping time to me. This did not happen. I received shirts two weeks after date I needed them. If I need shirts done with a short turn around time in the future, I will be looking elsewhere. Better communication options between the art department and the customer would have eliminated almost if not all all issues.

The pants were very good, a little bigger than i thought they would be. The straps are good but if you pull to hard they start to rip. Overall very good product will definitely buy again.

I paid extra for rush delivery but then the package was delayed several days beyond that. Part of the delay was due to delivering to a PO Box (customer support emailed me after I placed my order, but nothing on the checkout page said that was a possibility) but the package still arrived after the delayed due date. It ended up being late for a birthday celebration, which was embarrassing and stressful. The online design tooling is quite good, as is the selection of shirts and colors. I might consider buying again in the future if I'm not doing a rush order, but I will not pay for rush delivery again as it was unreliable this time.
