The only thing I find challenging is when I want to create a new order for the same product for new employees that come in. I have to select one of the saved orders to delete/add colors and change sizes/quantities. I haven't found an easier way to do it. Everything else is great.

Very disappointed in this imprinted product. As I said above, each of the mugs has a small imperfection - Each and Every one! Also, the logo I shared was completely changed. I was not given a proof. I feel this is unacceptable.

Overall, I had a good experience. I did not like that I placed one order then received 6 order numbers. This makes things difficult when using a purchase order. I also had to submit the purchase order several times. The billing department took a long time to approve the purchase order which is disappointing.
