Easy, accurate, design application. FAST service. Delivered exaclty as I ordered. Almost TOO fast. I ordered from home on Sunday. Estimated delivery was 10 days to the following Tuesday. We started vacation on Saturday so I ordered for delivery to the vacation house. BUT, I received notification on Wednesday that the shirts would arrive Thursday -- three days before we arriveds. UPS notifications were accurate, but inflexible. We made arrangements wth realtor to pick up the package so all was well. I appreciate the expectation to under promise and over perform, but I would have preferred an accurate delivery date. Note this in contex of over all high marks. Have ordered before and definitely will order again.

This was supposed to be a special gift for my husband for starting his own business. I can’t believe I spent $35 dollars on a cheaply made hat. Packaging was a joke, just a bag and the hat came bent and dented after being shoved into my PO Box. I’m not impressed and won’t be ordering the bulk order I was going to get.
