Overall, the pricing for the single/one-off custom print I requested (to test CI for my new business) was average ($55.00), but the fact that they printed my submitted lower quality design using Direct-to-Garment vs. the much higher quality Direct-to-Film printing process was confusing. I had to end up requesting a reprint because of how washed out the design looked and the DtoF version was amazing, so vibrant, 50 times better than the original DtoG version yet they don't allow customers to select this printing option, which is also very odd to me and something I strongly recommend adding to the design studio. Not all individuals have super high Q, correctly formatted images for print. If you upload a lower than requested quality image, the design studio mock up should demonstrate what the print will look like accurately. Also, where is more AI in your design studio process?

Shopping and proofing was easy however I had an issue with the quality of material received and still have not received any response when I reported the issue. I need to replace the hats with quality hats for the year but need input from customer service on which model to use. These Nike are very bad. I've used them before and they were good so I can only assume that the quality control is slipping at Nike.
