Customer service was excellent, website was user friendly, a service rep quickly answered my questions about custom design and the proof was provided quickly and the hats matched it exactly when they arrived.

Shopping and proofing was easy however I had an issue with the quality of material received and still have not received any response when I reported the issue. I need to replace the hats with quality hats for the year but need input from customer service on which model to use. These Nike are very bad. I've used them before and they were good so I can only assume that the quality control is slipping at Nike.
