Overall I was very pleased with the tee shirts that I ordered for our upcoming family vacation. Along the way I had a couple of questions and used the online chat feature that worked very well and my questions were answered! I ordered a very basic white screen print, but I ordered each one on each person's favorite color tee shirt. My family loved them! We will have eight colors when we wear them on our trip. I felt the value was great and they came amazingly fast!

I love working with Custom Ink. I have used them to produce at least ten designs over the years and have always found them to be helpful, professional and very good at their craft. The inks have not faded even after repeated washings. My only less than complimentary comment would be that they are quicker than they estimate. I ordered a rush for an order of 9 shirts needing them before an event. The shirts arrived a full week before the estimated delivery date. Glad to have them before the event, just wish I hadn't paid the upcharge for rush.

Experience was great, except the qr code not working... thats kind of important for the trade show I got them to wear for. Wish I coukd give this feedback somewhere else, so it didn't go into the rating. Quality is great, the issue is the qr code...

The registration of the artwork was a bit off in some sections. The lines weren’t completely sharp in some sections of the print job. If they had been it would have been perfect.

We created these t-shirts to promote our YouTube channels and the graphics were created using CoPilot. We were concerned that the colors would be distorted and not as vivid when applied to the t-shirts. However, when we received them, the t-shirts looked better than expected. Great job Custom Ink!

Custom Ink delivered a quality product for a great price and ahead of schedule. The online tools make designing t-shirts fun and I look forward to future projects. I will likely order this t-shirt again, but with a few tweaks for garment weight and logo brightness.
