The customink team is great. When you are doing large orders make sure that someone gets on the phone and you get a confirmation of changes. Don't always trust that handoffs will go smooth, double check just in case especially if you have a time bound.

I really like Custom Ink, it's great! The only thing I wish is that it would show some examples of other company's prints on the same products so that you can see the size, etc. For instance, I purchased the hankerchiefs, but I utilized the full available print area, when really, due to the folds, I should have done half sized at the bottom. Not a huge deal, but I wish I could have seen how other people were working with them or photos of them on things (like around a dog's neck).

Everything was great; i would not have selected the quantities i did reflective of the sizing guidelines had i have know how small the product runs.
