Working with Custom Ink is pretty easy. Information is easy to find, the ordering interface is fairly easy to use, turnaround time is pretty quick, and I appreciate that it is easy to contact support by phone and talk to an actual person when I have questions or need help. I wish there was more quality control by default. After making multiple large t-shirt orders, I've noticed that the quality varies. Some shirts were printed digitally instead of screen printed, which produces a noticeably worse quality finished product. Text is not crisp and colors look dull. For simple one and two color designs, I think screen printing should be the default, or at least, the option to choose between processes when possible should be offered without having to secretly request it behind the scenes. Custom Ink is capable of providing great service and producing quality products, but it would be nice if that was the default.
