I loved working with Custom Ink! The website was very straightforward and easy to use and gave you an almost exact estimate of the price of your shirts. Regarding a question on the shirt I had called customer service and spoke to Kathy. She was very professional, polite, and a great help in clarifying some of my questions. She made the process of designing easier and clearly explained the estimated delivery times. She had also set up a payment link for my order so that I didn't have to immediately pay for it as the changes she had made to shirt were manually done on her side. Overall, I really enjoyed working with Custom Ink and would love to work with them again on a future design!

Pretty sure the whole order was perfect. Highly recommend either using their chat service or a live agent to assist with detailed or more complicated orders. It made all the difference, and the reps I spoke with on both "got" what I was doing and helped make the whole thing go smoothly. I'm impressed! Thanks so much

Exception service from Kate!!!

Great experience from beginning to end!!! Philip was very patient and made several changes to the design until we were happy. There was follow up with the printers to make sure that the design was what we wanted. This is our second time working with Custom Ink— we highly recommend using this company !
