The imprint color on the finished notebook was WAY off. Instead of the teal green, we got some kind of light blue version and the white in the logo was grey on the notebook. For the price we paid, it was a let down. The item did ship in the time frame that I needed, which was good since it was a rush order. However, I will build more lead time into my orders in the future so that I could receive a sample product as this was pretty disappointing.

They were very responsive when reached out about concerns with the product. A down side was that when placing the order, they had a placeholder SKU that did not reflect the item ordered. This led me to reaching out to confirm the correct product was being ordered. Another downside was that the shirts were not true to size and very large.

I usually use different websites to create promo products in large quantities; however, when I need a rush with a small quantity, Custom Ink is the best. I’ve decided to order large quantities in the future and compare pricing with other promo companies.
