Overall product is acceptable. The process not so much. Do not order from Custom Ink if you need products by a specific date. It took us 6 months to recieve our products.

Pretty good experience. My only complaint was I did not get a follow up on my order even after I sent an email inquiring about the status of the order.

Overall, I was disappointed in the positioning and sizing of the pocket logo on the adult shirt. It was sized too large, and it was impossible to tell this from the website. When I spoke to a representative, he told me it looked good. The kids' shirts' logo was sized correctly, but the adult shirt was not. The shirts cost too much money not to be something we love and are proud to share.
