Amazing customer service. I received a texts from someone at the business regarding my design. They actually helped me to save money due to my mistake of making multiple designs in different sizes. They were awesome and helped me to fix it and them make the back of the hoodie exactly like I wanted it.

The design and color were just as expected but the printing was just a little bit blurry. This was our first go at printing shirts so I'm not sure if the ink bled or if there was a problem with the quality of the graphic.

I'm not sure yet if I would use Custom Ink again or not. There were things (website and customer service) about the experience that were underwhelming.
