Great products and tools to design!!

Good custom artwork transfer but it’s clear that nobody is inspecting the final product. Stains on every single shirt.

I have made numerous purchases and I always feel well taken care of. My last purchase arrived a week earlier than I expected. I have created my own problems with orders and Custom Ink always delivers service and product that exceed my expectations.

I’ve done a lot of business with Custom Ink over the year and noticed a downward spiral pattern. They started out great but over time started to decline with quality of work. I was promised no more direct to print which didn’t happen and confirmation for approval which the last several time didn’t happen as well. It saddens me to give such a low score.

Designing was relatively easy. Customer service was polite. Shirts arrived in just over a week. I will definitely order again.

CustomInk is our go-to when we want to create fun shirts for different occasions. They are great to work with, and products arrive quickly.

I called in to check on the design because I wasn’t sure about the color, size of the font and placement of design. Color was verified to be what I wanted. Was assured that everything else looked good. Upon receiving the item, I believe the font could’ve been a little smaller and placement of design could’ve been better placed. It’s hard on my end to actually visualize these two things and it would be nice if the company took that into consideration and make small adjustments to make it look more professional and better.

The T-shirt was extremely high-quality and so is the printing. Very satisfied. Not a gimmick.
