I have made several class t-shirts with Custom Ink and I keep coming back because of how easy it is to design something that I know will come out professionally. At first, the prices seemed super high, but the checkout process breaks the pricing down based on your design and actually can tell you what to change or take out to lower the price. The shipping is very quick and the the customer service is personal, efficient, and caring.

I had a request for a rush review and it was not here in rushed time. I called to have the matter made aware to the company and the customer service rep said she could not help but somehow I still was refunded my rush fee. I am happy that my request was to have the fee returned to me and 2 days later they did return the fee. That made me happy.

Overall experience was great--I upload an image-- the image on the shirt was an EXACT match to the uploaded image--they did an awesome job--my only concern is how will it hold up after multiple washings--for me only time will tell BUT I did talk to a customer representative abt something else and then asked how to wash and dry it--telling him my concern abt how well it would hold up--he told me he was actually wearing a custom shirt that had been washed many times and it was just fine--so great customer service also
