Ordered with rush shipping on a Sunday night, promised ship date of Thursday, it got in Tuesday. Pretty awesome. On the pricier side but the service was worth it.

Overall, pretty good. I was told by customer service that my image would be reviewed and cleaned up by the design team, and then we would get a final draft. We never got that, and so there are a few imperfections that we were under the understanding would be cleaned up.

I was impressed with the accuracy of my order but as I've mentioned the colors were not bright enough. For those reason I'm on the fence as to whether I would order again.

Website does not work fully with a broken "Chat Now" feature. But calling was always a good choice. Sometimes there was a lot of communication from different people for the company via email. I would email someone about my order and then someone else would email something different that did not know what was going on.

This is my third purchase from Custom Ink and I will keep coming back to them. The shirt materials and the quality of the print job are both excellent. The designs have not been damaged even after several cleanings.
