This is not my first experience with Custom Ink. It is my first experience in a few years, though. I recommend speaking with the artist or person making the final adjustments on your shirt, in order to get it exactly like you want.

I have ordered from Custom Ink at least a half dozen times before, and the experience has never been less than good. This was the first time I had to upload an image instead of using the provided typefaces and clip art. Everything went smoothly, delivery was even faster than I expected, and I've already collected several compliments on the result.

The web site was pretty easy to use. The customer service was hit or miss, chats took a long time and sometimes language was a barrier to reaching a resolution.

I connected with our previous rep who has helped out building. I shared with him what I was hoping for and he sent it off quickly to have it designed. He was incredibly responsive and was quick to email back. The entire process what extremely easy and all of the Custom Ink representatives that I worked with were beyond helpful. Great experience.
