The website was okay, but the AI designer was not great and didn't provide good visuals. We had great help from the chat in creating a design, but unfortunately, after paying for our order, we were told the printers couldn't print that design. Then the correction put us past our necessary event date for shipping, and we had to fight for free rush shipping upgrade. Finally, the design turned out great, but I asked for larger font and was told tehre wasn't room. There is plenty of room on the mugs, I don't know why the font couldn't have been bigger, but younger people can still read them.
