Very pleased with the quality of the shirts. However , part of my order was delivered late. CustomInk refunded my rush shipping fee, but no further remedy was offered. I’m not bothered enough to complain, but the gives me pause about ordering again for anything time-sensitive.

Overall experience was good. I like that the order can be placed to the quantity that I need and if I have any questions the Custom Ink staff are very responsive. I have placed several orders for my team and my self. Would suggest for anyone needing custom shirt designs.

I had a late add to my order and I called customer service to see if they could add one more shirt to my order that was processing but wasn’t shipped yet. They couldn’t do that but helped me place a new order for just one shirt. All of the shirts were shipped and delivered at the same time so I feel like they could have combined the orders which was my original request.
