The texting worked great! I made my design and submitted. A text came through and I was able to communicate with a person which was so helpful. I requested a small change and that change was made and came out perfectly. Please do not allow this service to become an A.I. thing. A real person made this so helpful and enjoyable.

Very pleased with the quality of the shirts. However , part of my order was delivered late. CustomInk refunded my rush shipping fee, but no further remedy was offered. I’m not bothered enough to complain, but the gives me pause about ordering again for anything time-sensitive.
