Customink is a great company. Great costumer service and a great website. Very easy to work with. The prices for designs/products are pretty high. That's my one complaint/

Custom Ink does it's best to provide "quality" printed shirts however with my experience, my most recent purchase did not live up to the "quality" they state. However, to be fair, I have ordered other t-shirts from them with more simple designs and those have turned out great which is why I am disappointed in the one I just ordered.
