Ordered an American Apparel shirt first and it arrived with a loose shoulder seam. They gave me a full refund and suggested a different shirt so I was able to replace it immediately. Great customer service.

Custom Ink has a great website, personalization is easy to do. The prints on products turn out great. Only downside is the particular product I ordered this time (Budget 6 Can Pocket Cooler) is very low quality.

I work for a college institution. We order A LOT of t-shirts, with repeat orders each year. I wanted to try out a new vendor this year and tried Custom Ink. Based on this experience, I am not inclined to utilize this company in the future.

Some of the emblem designs were smaller than others and it was hard to see that on my end. It would have been nice if someone noticed the different size of the emblams and reached out to me so all of the designs would be uniform.
