I called twice to get help with my design, both agents were incredibly helpful; and the shirt printed up exactly as I submitted it, very clear, precise print.

The first sales person with whom I spoke was pleasant but the picture sample they sent me was not even close to the embroidery on the pictures I sent when starting my order. The second person with whom I spoke was much more accommodating and stuck with more for more than 20 minutes as we worked through alternative hats. She went the extra mile to find a font that was almost identical to the font I was trying to match. The only shortcoming (entirely my fault and responsibility) is that the text is a little smaller than on my original hat. If I wind up placing another order I will ask them to make the text perhaps 10% larger. FYI I have already recommended you to one of my friends.
