Even though I had to speak to representatives over the phone and via chat multiple times, I was always met with patience and care. Not only was I looking at a quick turnaround for my group order, but I also had a few unique requests and they were handled as quickly possible. Every time I spoke to someone they asked when I needed my order by. The answer was by 4/20 at the latest but the shirts arrived on 4/17! I was already excited to receive my order early but it got better because all of the shirts in my group order were organized by size and they included a printout of everyone's orders, making t-shirt distribution a breeze. Next year I will be doing a group order with custom ink again and I highly recommend that anyone reading this review takes advantage of this seamless way to get custom shirts made for school and community groups.

Positive: The product quality is high, the print is true-to-color, the shipping is fast, and the customer service team is attentive. Negative: the product itself is extremely misleading. "Custom playing cards in case" is NOT custom playing cards in a case. It is BASIC playing cards in a CUSTOM case. All the proofs and photos make it look like the cards are customized. Buyer beware - make sure you are ordering what you expect to receive!!

The embroidery is absolutely beautiful! The logo which is my own was perfect and the positioning on the cardigans was spot on! The merchandise I chose is exactly as advertised and true to size! I love every single detail! Customer service was amazing and even the packaging was impeccable. Shipping time was very short! I will be ordering again!
