Communication on shipping was great. Overall, happy with the website and the experience. The particular piece that I ordered appeared lighter on the website than it really was, and, when it arrived it appears they attempted to modify the logo to resolve the issue. I would have preferred someone reach out to validate the purchase rather than print regardless. This company has so many options that I would have chosen otherwise if the logo was too dark.

The Custom Ink site is incredibly easy to use. All I had to do was upload my image, position it the way I wanted on the sweatshirt, and place the order. Arrived (early!) and looked just the way I wanted!
