The app is clunky I kept having to go back and forth and did t save real well so had to start over. Prices are too high for single items.

We got promotional t-shirts for the team and shopping bags for community event giveaways and are very happy with the quality of everything. We'll be reordering the bags and maybe more shirt styles in the future.

The ordering process was easy and the customer service was good, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the final product. The color looked different from what was shown online, and the print quality was poor, with the design starting to peel off quickly. I expected better quality for the price.

Custom Ink will definitely be our go-to t-shirt provider. The print quality is excellent, shirt fabric is very comfortable, and the online descriptions of the t-shirts are detailed and accurate. We needed expedited shipping and the order arrived two days before the promised date. The process went off without an hitch, and everyone was happy with their shirts.

Custom Ink’s inkers are absolutely amazing! I am not very good at all with computers and especailly design and the inkers talked me through it and were extremely helpful!! The swag we bought it already moving out the door! Another order is forthcoming!!! I would highly recommend Custom Ink!!!!!!

I normally don’t write reviews unless something is really bad, but in this case I’m writing one because of how amazing my experience was. I feel the minimum is just getting a nice shirt where the logo is printed nice, but not only did we get nice quality shirts, the customer service went above and beyond and donated to our fundraiser event we were making the shirts for. Taking the extra time to give back to their customers definitely set them apart for me. I will 100% be ordering all my shirts from them in the future. Love it!
