Everything I received was quality. I'm not a big fan of the hard vinyl of the print but I don't know if there is a better option considering others flake off in the wash. The thing that would keep me from purchasing through Custom Ink in the future is actually the price. The amount I paid for two shirts was too much in my opinion. I do a lot of local competitions and it's fun to get team shirts together, but I won't be willing to drop $70+ every time to add that extra bit of fun. I realize that sometimes that's just the way it is. But if there is a way to reduce cost without drastically dropping quality, I think that would create more repeat customers.

It was great! I didn't end up needing customer service, so I don't know how good that is. I did get rather too many emails, but I appreciate updates. My biggest complaint was the price, but I understand why it was so expensive.
