I needed one tshirt really fast and you guys did a great job. My only complaint is that the image was too low on the tshirt. I had it pushed as high as I could in the frame from your design screen. there has got to be a way to go higher or you just printed it too low. Let me know how to communicate that and fix that in the future.

Quality control has suffered. My last two orders have been terrible and had to reorder. Customer service was helpful, but wish the order could have been done right the first time. I’m giving Custom Ink one more chance on an upcoming run.

I’m genuinely disappointed with this experience. I ordered Comfort Colors shirts expecting accurate, vibrant color reproduction for my brand logo. What I received were shirts where the blues printed noticeably muted and dull, far from the approved design and brand colors. The difference is obvious in person and not acceptable for a premium product. What’s more frustrating is the lack of meaningful customer service after the fact. Rather than proactively offering a clear solution or correction, the process has felt slow, confusing, and overly automated. I’ve had to repeatedly explain the issue instead of being guided toward a proper fix. I understand that printing on pigment-dyed shirts has limitations, that’s exactly why I expected expertise and clear communication from a company that positions itself as a leader in custom apparel. At this point, I’m left with shirts I can’t confidently wear for my brand and a strong sense that quality control and customer care fell short. I expected better from Custom Ink.

I haven't had issues with Custom INk before. When asked if I wanted to print the design the same size across all shirts, I understood that my design would appear slightly smaller. However, a heads up that the design would be roughly the size of a pocket design would've been helpful. Even a proof to show what the design would look like resized. In the online design tool, I didn't get an error message that my design was too big, and it fit within the parameters of both the adult and youth shirt. I don't even want to hand these shirts out from the group order, and I am scrambling trying to figure out how I can refund all of these people their money.
