This was my first experience purchasing a large-format trade show display, and overall I was very impressed with Custom Ink. The customer service was excellent, communication was timely, and most importantly they delivered ahead of schedule despite a very tight deadline. The print quality on both the backdrop and tablecloth was outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp graphics. The design process was collaborative and the team was willing to work through several iterations to bring a fairly ambitious concept to life. While the final result wasn't a perfect match to the original vision, that's more a reflection of the complexity of the concept than the execution. The finished booth looks professional, distinctive, and is something we'll be proud to use for years to come. I'd happily work with Custom Ink again for future trade show and branding projects.
