Website was good and I talked to a rep before ordering and she was very nice. However, the finished product is not the same logo I sent. It was recolored way to much for me to be able to sell at my store. It isn't even the same as everything else I have here in the store.

My experience with custom ink has been 5 stars, the only thing i don't like because I don't always get emails in regular inbox is the confirmation to complete order after paying before they start it.
