The initial customer service was excellent, and the turnaround time was on point. Although there was a minor miscommunication initially—resulting in my sweatshirt logo being printed rather than embroidered—your team handled the resolution perfectly. After I called to inquire about a re-order, customer service corrected everything immediately. I was permitted to keep or donate the original order, and the correct embroidered sweatshirts were shipped to me at no additional charge. This was an excellent experience overall. I appreciate your outstanding support and will absolutely contact you for my next custom order.
