The jacket is bad quality material and the print looks cheap. Both together look like a $5 jacket off Shein. Does not look professional to wear therefore I cannot wear it to work like planned. Complete waste of $76.

Overall good. I wish you could start with an AI design and then edit/make tweaks to it without just starting over each time. Ended up just designing it myself. White is less vibrant than proofs so whole thing is muted.

Very easy design process, however, I did not feel like the online imaging or fonts were accurately represented online versus on the final product. Was not happy with the final design I received.
