Customer service was very quick to respond and be of assistance. However, some reps seemed very unexperienced and confused on how to handle a request or question. However, other staff were able to quickly step in and assist. So, overall, customer service was quite reliable and effective.

I have ordered from Custom Ink a billion times. This time I initially had trouble ordering (reordering really) a shirt that I had created and purchased a year ago because it kept getting flagged as not meeting their copyright standards or whatever. It made me upset because I had ordered it before and it was an auto generated email that didn't even specify what was wrong with the design or how I could change it to fit their criteria. I opted to send an email and didn't hear back immediately so I tried the lice chat and got it resolved immediately. I did hear back through email a day or two later as well offering to help so I am not mad any longer. I will be ordering again!

I needed to make a change to my graphic text about an hour after I placed my order. One of the customer service representatives (I wish I remembered her name) was about to change it for me before it printed and shipped. My order was delivered on time and was correct.
