This is my 6th or 7th order with CustomInk and up until this order, I've had nothing but praise for the company. This time has been different because your customer service has dramatically changed. My first interaction (via phone) was with an outsourced rep who could not answer the most basic question around lead times to get my shirts on time. I was finally able to get in touch with someone who could answer my question. I then was not shown a proof before the printing and shipping was done. I reached out via chat because I was concerned the approval step had changed, and got an AI bot that was completely useless, providing me responses that were non-sensical for my situation. All-in, these changes have turned CustomInk from a company that I'd highly recommend because of customer service, to a company whose customer service is subpar.
