Absolutely top-notch, from the web interface to artwork uploading and previewing, to proofs, approval and ongoing communication. I have used Custom Ink (and other printers) for years and the Custom Ink interface just keeps getting better. Issues around Canadian inventory/availability that plagued a couple of my pandemic-era orders seem to have been resolved.
