Very helpful and professional. The quality of the printing is perfect. Our design has fine lines, and they came out very well.

I am still awaiting response from Custom Ink addressing our concerns of the misprint. We ask for full Compensation for this error. Unfortunately this mistake has made us hesitate to use Custom Ink services again in the future.

I love the end-result! Turnaround time was super fast.

Overall everything but the printing of the logo was good, a bit pricey for the logo to peel first wash though

All was good except shirt size.

Custom ink is one of the best services i’ve used, there was printing issues with my design and a real person looked at it, made a mockup of a new one, and sent it over to me all with explaining what was going on. We solved my issue pretty quick and were able to go through multiple mockups with no issue. It’s very comforting to know that when ordering from them another person is there to check on the design and make sure it looks good and communicating with me before printing :)

I needed a last minute order so I had it expedited. Got my shirts on time as promised.

Good experience with order process, shipping and product. The only exception was the print being darker than original and proof

Custom Ink is fantastic, and I've recommended it to several people. (In fact, someone commented on this shirt as I was showing it around the office, and asked where I got it!) My only suggestion (and it's been a while since I've ordered multiple items with different designs, so maybe this is possible now, but…): I do wish the website had a "shopping cart" to which you could add multiple things and have them shipped together. It would be convenient, more cost-effective, and generate less waste!
