I do not leave negative reviews and never have---until now. It was a complete waste of money. I spoke several times with a design person and customer service regarding the location, size and placement of my logo. While I approved the final product of the logo I uploaded, I am unhappy with the ultimate size, dimensions, proportionality of the logo and the assistance I received from their design people as to how the logo would appear on the sweatshirts I ordered. They reduced the size of the logo to such an extent it was completely covered by the hood and the front logo was completely unreadable. It was a waste of money. I'm sorry I didn't stay with my normal supplier.

Good product. Customer service was not consistent and took a while for responses. Communication was also not consistent. Shipping took a while and did not come in time for the event I wanted them for.
