Only issue was with delivery -- box left on front porch in full view of street, in an area known for porch pirates, even though I have instructions for UPS and FedEx to put packages in hidden area. Luckily we got to the package before the pirates did.

I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The customer service department was great. My logo was a poor resolution and the art department improved it. Beautiful result and I received my mugs much sooner than anticipated.
