I relied on your design team to identify potential issues before printing, but no concerns were raised. The shirt color and design do not complement each other, resulting in a finished product that looks nothing like what I intended. I'm disappointed that no recommendations were made regarding better shirt color choices, especially given my stated goal of creating more contrast and making the design stand out. The lack of feedback ultimately led to an unsatisfactory final product.

I worked with Custom Ink to get the shirts for our mechanics when I manged a repair shop. This was my first "personal" experience and I couldn't be happier. I submitted a design for the front of the shirt and they contacted me to tell me it would not appear as clearly as they believed I would like (when they showed me the digital of the shirt, they were right!). I was able to find a similar graphic in their library and replace it. I was also able to edit the back of the shirt, even though I had previously checked that I approved it (since they had not started production).
