I like their on-line tools - made it very easy to design the short screen printing. I liked their bulk pricing. I was a little confused about costs for an "extra" printing after the big bulk buy. There was an additional set up fee, and the second set of shirts cost quite a bit more than the first set.

This company is wonderful. They are a hidden gem. I will order from them in the future FOR SURE. Their customer support was fabulous. Since I had questions, they helped me place an order over the phone and it was faster than any phone customer support experience I've had anywhere ever, or at least in recent memory. Their support is local, speaks good English, is friendly, courteous, helpful and got me what I needed with a super rush order, for a reasonable price, and it arrived not only on time but A DAY AHEAD of schedule.
