Customer service was great. Stitching on the totes is looser than expected and not really "perfect". We'll see how they hold up, but I'm optimistic. They are exactly as shown in pics and same size and style as on the web site.

Doing business with Custom Ink has been a pleasure. I had considered getting a customized tee shirt elsewhere but after reading some on line reviews both there & here decided Custom Ink had a better product. It cost a bit more & the shipping wasn't free but the end product was worth it. ES
