The team at custom ink was so helpful in getting my design right. There were a lot of kinks along the way with getting the artwork just right, but at no point did anyone in the team give me a hard time or ignore me at all. Each time there was a revision to the proof the team worked with me to make sure we get it just right. In the end the cups came out looking really cute. I think if you're looking to do a more detailed design you should make sure that you have a really high res image and clear lines, and possibly an illustrator file so that it can make the process go smoother.

Differing quality between printing jobs in same order. Wish I was aware that one shirt would be printed with what felt like a plastic iron on, while another shirt in the order was printed beautifully with ink onto the shirt... No hot, sticky plastic piece covering the front

The issue of approving licensure is a bit clunky. The majority of the order I placed had been ordered before and should have been taken into account rather than have an order put on hold for two weeks. I ended up going to an approved vendor who printed our items without the disruptive pause where their process allowed us to move forward and while also accepting our tax exempt status.
