The customer service rep I spoke to when placing my order was fantastic. My artwork needed a little help and it was fixed perfectly. My shirts arrived a week earlier than initially estimated.

In general speed to print is great and why I chose custom ink. I believe I orders once before from this company many years ago, but I was just ordering a single item that time. This was my first experience ordering a larger group order and am disappointed that the print turned out better on some shirts. One of them has a particularly poor transfer on the lettering on the front
